Sleep with the product for an extra night to be completely sure
Before deciding to exchange your product, we want to remind you that you have a 30-night sleep guarantee (see which products are eligible below). Adjusting to sleep products takes time - for example, it can take 3-4 weeks to get used to a weighted blanket. Try sleeping with it for an extra night before making your decision - it could make all the difference.
How an exchange works

If you wish to initiate an exchange, please send an email to hello@anewsleep.com.

2. The email should include the following:
- Full name
- Email (if a different email should receive the information)
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Current weight/product
- New weight/product

3. You will receive all the necessary information in the reply to your email.
All the information you need to proceed with the exchange will be clearly explained in our reply to your email.
If you're unsure about which weight your new weighted blanket should be, simply leave that field blank and instead explain the reason for your uncertainty in your email.
Practical information about Exchanges

We cover the shipping costs associated with your exchange.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging - except for pillows, which are vacuum-packed. These should simply be securely wrapped in an appropriate box.
- The 30-night sleep guarantee starts from the day you receive or pick up your original order. The sleep guarantee will not be extended when exchanging a product; it remains the same.
- If you wish to exchange for a product with a price difference, you will be charged the difference before the new product is shipped. If the new product is cheaper, we will refund the difference.
- You can still return the exchanged blanket as long as you are within the original 30-night sleep guarantee period.
The Sleep Guarantee Covers the Following Products:
- Ella Weighted Blanket
- Ella Weighted Blanket for Kids
- Dream Pillow
The Sleep Guarantee Does Not Cover the Following Products:
- Used products sold at a discount, as they are no longer factory-new. If you wish to return a used weighted blanket under the right of withdrawal, you must cover the return shipping costs.
- Products with stains, strong odors (e.g., smoke), hair, or similar signs of heavy use that prevent resale in our outlet. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Covers that have been opened and used. However, if the cover remains unopened, you may return it along with the blanket.
