We are three Danish entrepreneurs who founded Anew Sleep in 2022 after realizing our own need and curiosity to understand and improve our sleep. Haris, a management consultant, worked in a high-demand job requiring long hours. He quickly noticed the impact of good versus poor sleep on his energy levels and work performance. This led him to develop a strong interest in tracking and optimizing his sleep over the years. Kristian and Mads have been running a business together since 2014, experiencing the responsibilities and pressure that affected their habits, sleep, and overall health. Over the past few years, they have made significant lifestyle changes, prioritizing well-being, health, and sleep.

The common denominator is that all three of us have personally experienced the importance of sleep for our well-being and quality of life. When we discovered that sleep issues are on the rise, we decided to start Anew Sleep. Our mission is to make a positive impact on your sleep and well-being.
