Before you return your purchase, we’d like to remind you that you have a 30-night sleep guarantee (see which products are included below). It takes time to adjust to sleep products, and getting used to a weighted blanket can take up to 3-4 weeks. Give it an extra night before deciding – it can make a big difference.

How a return works

  • 1. Securely pack the product

    The product must be securely packed in its original packaging. Please clearly indicate your order number on the package.

  • 2. Return the product using business shipping.

    Once you have dropped off the package, please send an email to hello@anewsleep.com, including your order number and the reason for return.

Practical Information about returns

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with a return.

    • It is your responsibility to ensure the package reaches us. We strongly recommend using track & trace and keeping a receipt when dropping off the package at the parcel shop.
    • Note: DAO does not deliver to business addresses, so please choose another courier.
    • The item must be returned in its original packaging - except for pillows, which are vacuum-packed. These should be securely wrapped in an appropriate box.
    • Do not send the package to a parcel shop, as our warehouse staff cannot collect return packages from various parcel locations.
    • We recommend shipping with track & trace and ensuring the package is sent to our warehouse business address, which you can find above.
    • The 30-night sleep guarantee starts from the day you receive or pick up the package.

Gift Card Instead of a Refund & Free Return Label

If you prefer a gift card that can be used for other products in our store, this is possible. In this case, you can receive a free return label from us. All you need to do is send an email to hello@anewsleep.com, including your order number, reason for return, and confirmation that you wish to receive a gift card instead of a refund.

We offer a 30-night sleep guarantee from the date of delivery on the following products:

  • Ella Weighted Blanket

  • Ella Weighted Blanket Kids

  • Relaxy Pillows

  • Anew Dream Pillow

If you have purchased any other products than those listed above, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the day of delivery. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused.

Please note that the sleep guarantee does not apply to:

  • Used products sold at a discounted price, as they are no longer new from the factory. If you wish to return a used weighted blanket under the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • Duvets that have stains, strong odors (e.g. smoke), hair, or similar. In such cases, the duvet has been used to a degree that we cannot resell it as a used item in our outlet. Remember, the item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Covers that have been opened and used. However, you are welcome to use the cover with a standard duvet, as the dimensions are typically the same. If the cover is unopened, you may return it along with the duvet.
