If you wish to exchange a product for a different size/weight/type, you should contact customer service at hej@anewsleep.com. Remember to include your order number in your inquiry.

If you want to return a product and get a refund, either because you have changed your mind or by using the satisfaction guarantee, simply follow the process below. Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return. Watch the video with our founder Mads, who provides helpful advice on how to best adapt to the weighted blanket. Remember that it can take up to 3-4 weeks to get used to our weighted products. You are always welcome to contact us at hej@anewsleep.com if you are unsure or need advice.

Gift Card Instead of a Refund and Free Shipping Label? If you prefer a gift card that you can use for one of our other products, this is possible. In that case, you have the option to receive a free shipping label from us. All you need to do is send an email to hej@anewsleep.com, mentioning your order number, reason for the return, and your preference for a gift card instead of a refund.

We offer a 30-night sleep guarantee after receiving the following products:

  • Ella Weighted Blanket
  • Ella Weighted Blanket Kids
  • Ella Weighted Blanket Cover
  • Anew Dream Pillow
  • Anew Regulate Duvet

If you have purchased products other than those listed above, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of receipt. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, it is a requirement that the product is unused.

Please note that there is no sleep guarantee for:

  • Blankets that have stains, strong odors (e.g., smoke), hair, or similar. The blanket has been used to an extent where we cannot sell it as used in our outlet.
  • Covers that have been opened and used. You can still use the cover for a regular duvet, as the dimensions are typically the same. If the cover is unopened, you have the option to return it along with the blanket.
  • Anew Sleep Mask

Returning a Product:

  1. Pack the product securely in appropriate packaging. Clearly indicate the order number on the package.
  2. Return the item to the following address:

  3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the package reaches us. Therefore, we recommend that you send it with tracking and trace and remember to receive a receipt upon delivery to the drop-off point. Note that DAO does not deliver to business addresses, so please use another courier.
  4. After you have dropped off the package, please send an email to hej@anewsleep.com, including the order number and the reason for the return.
  5. Once we receive the package and verify the products, you will receive your refund.
