Payment

All amounts on anewsleep.com are in Euro (€) and include Danish VAT at 25%. We accept payment with Dankort, Visa card, MasterCard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Viabill. The amount will only be charged when the item is shipped. If you have ordered multiple items and one of the items is on backorder, we will only charge the payment for that item when it is shipped.

In addition to the price, the shipping price should be added if you choose a different shipping method than the one we offer free of charge. You can choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process.

When you pay for your order at anewsleep.com, your information is protected by the well-known SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer), as we use secure payment through Clearhaus/Quickpay.

We do not charge credit card fees. The amount is only charged to your card when the item is shipped.

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will receive your goods first. After that, you need to pay your monthly installment on the same date each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee will be added. If you regret your purchase, the agreement for payment with ViaBill will be terminated.

Shipping

Our packages are dispatched the same day the order is placed if the order is placed before 2:00 PM on a weekday. Therefore, in almost all cases, we will deliver the order to you the next weekday.

We normally deliver the order within 2-4 business days after the purchase. We always strive for quick delivery, but sometimes there may be busy periods that delay delivery by a day or two.

Orders in EU are sent with UPS.

We always offer free shipping in Europe for purchases over €70.

30-nights sleep guarantee and right to return

At anew sleep, we offer an extended 30-nights sleep guarantee on selected products. Simply put, this means that we will refund the order amount if you are not happy and satisfied with the product within the satisfaction guarantee period.

You have the opportunity to test the product and assess whether you achieve the desired effect. If you do not achieve the desired effect, you can return the blanket to us within the satisfaction guarantee period after receiving the product. The same deadline applies if you haven't tested the product but have simply changed your mind. Note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

We offer a 30-night sleep guarantee on the following products:

  • Ella Weighted Blanket
  • Ella Weighted Blanket Kids
  • Ella Weighted Blanket Cover
  • Anew Dream Pillow
  • Anew Regulate Duvet

The 30-night sleep guarantee does not apply to:

  • Used products that we sell at a reduced price, as the product is no longer new from the factory. If you want to return a used weighted blanket under the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs.
  • Blankets that have stains, strong odors (e.g., smoke), hair, or similar. The blanket has been used to an extent where we cannot sell it as used in our outlet.
  • Covers that have been opened and used. You can still use the cover for a regular duvet, as the dimensions are typically the same. If the cover is unopened, you can return it with the blanket.
  • Anew Sleep Mask

For exchanges, the satisfaction guarantee applies from the receipt of the original order. We cover the return costs associated with the exchange.

Please note: We are offering extended sleep guarantee in the period 17/11/2023 to 31/12/2023. If you buy a product where we offer sleep guarantee within this period, you are able to return or exchange the item until 31/01/2024.

If you have ordered several items in an order and we cannot deliver the items simultaneously, the withdrawal period starts when you or another person you have chosen (except the carrier) receive the last item in physical possession.

If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

If an order includes a quantity discount, this will be forfeited if a return results in the quantity required for the discount no longer being maintained. Example: Product A costs €50, and two pieces of product A cost €80 (a saving of €20). If you have purchased two products A but want to return one, you will be refunded €30 DKK and not €40.

We reserve the right to reject customers who misuse the satisfaction guarantee.

How to Use the 30-nights sleep guarantee 

If you want to use the satisfaction guarantee or the right of withdrawal, simply follow this process:

  1. Pack the product securely in appropriate packaging. Clearly indicate the order number on the package.
  2. Return the item to the following address:

  3. You are responsible for ensuring that the package reaches us. Therefore, we recommend that you send it with tracking and trace, and remember to receive a receipt upon delivery to the drop-off point. 
  4. After you have dropped off the package, please send an email to hello@anewsleep.com, including the order number and the reason for the return.
  5. Once we receive the package and verify the products, you will receive your refund.

The satisfaction guarantee and the withdrawal period are adhered to if you send your notice of withdrawal within the withdrawal period.

Items cannot be sent cash on delivery or without delivery.

Refund

When you return your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

  • If you have purchased multiple items in an order and only want to cancel part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs.
  • If you have chosen a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery we offer, you will not be reimbursed for the extra cost.

We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. However, we can withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned.

We will carry out such a refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

The right to return only applies to private consumers who purchase through anewsleep.com. Businesses do not have the right to return.

Warranty Claim

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply to your purchase. This means you have a warranty claim for 24 months.

If your claim is valid, it means that, depending on the specific situation, you can either have the product repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a reduction in the price.

You must file a claim within a 'reasonable time' after discovering the defect. If you file a claim within two months of discovering the defect, it will always be considered timely.

If the claim is valid, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in proper packaging. Also, remember to obtain a shipping receipt so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

If you wish to file a claim for one or more products that you have purchased from anewsleep.dk, please contact our customer service at hello@anewsleep.com. In your communication, we ask you to be detailed in your description of the issue and, if possible, attach pictures as part of your documentation.

Remember that the product must always be shipped in proper packaging and that you should use the shipping label that you can obtain for free from our return portal. Please keep the shipping receipt and any tracking number, if applicable.

Complaints

If you, as a consumer, wish to complain about your purchase, please contact hello@anewsleep.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint through the EU Commission's online complaint portal here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr 

In order to make a complaint, the product or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least €150 and no more than €13.500. However, for complaints regarding clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least €100. There is a fee for processing the complaint.

Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, special promotions, nor can they be used for the purchase of gift cards unless otherwise stated.

Privacy Policy

We require the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number, and email address.

We collect and disclose the personal information necessary to deliver the product to you.

Personal information is registered with Anew Sleep ApS and is kept for five years, after which the information is deleted.

In addition, we cooperate with several other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use them for their own purposes.

We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

The data controller at anewsleep.com is Anew Sleep ApS.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are required to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be the case if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it.
