Anew sleep may share your personal data with suppliers, partners, affiliated companies, tools, and digital media in accordance with our standard business operations.
If you have consented via our cookie consent form, we may share technical and statistical data with digital services such as Shopify, Google, Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Klaviyo, Sleeknote, etc. We share and receive technical data that helps us target ads and marketing, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and analyze user behavior on our site.

When You Make a Purchase With Us, We Process the Following Personal Data:

Name, address, company name, company address, mobile number, work phone number, email address.

Purpose:
To process, ship, and deliver your order, as well as to maintain sales and revenue statistics, comply with bookkeeping laws, and meet internal operational and control needs.

Sources of Your Personal Data:

When you make a purchase with us, you must provide the aforementioned personal information via our checkout page for us to receive your order and payment and complete your purchase. You enter this information yourself and thereby accept these terms regarding their processing.

Sharing of Your Personal Data:

We share the above-mentioned information with our payment service provider and warehouse partner, as well as relevant IT systems that facilitate order processing and fulfillment. We enter into data processing agreements with the suppliers and partners we share your data with.

We reserve the right to disclose your information to relevant public authorities if required by law.

Retention of Your Personal Data:

We retain purchase-related data for 5 years, as required by bookkeeping laws. After 5 years, your purchase data is deleted.

Most data is stored securely within the EU. In rare cases, data may be stored outside the EU, but only in countries and with sub-processors that securely store and process data in compliance with EU standards.

If You Apply for a Job With Us, We Process the Following Personal Data:

Types of Personal Data:
Name, mobile number/phone number, email address, address, education, employment history, criminal record.

Purpose:
To process job applications in order to evaluate potential employees.

Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data:
GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f).

Sources of Your Personal Data:

When you apply for a job with us, you must provide the above-mentioned personal information via our job application page or in an email so that we can receive and process your application. You enter this information yourself and thereby accept these terms regarding their processing.

Sharing of Your Personal Data:

Your job application is processed in our Google Business G Suite drive and tools. Data is stored and processed within the EU.

We reserve the right to disclose your information to relevant public authorities if required by law.

Retention of Your Personal Data:

We retain your application and information for up to 6 months after receipt unless you actively consent to a longer retention period. You can always withdraw your consent if you want us to delete your information within 6 months.

If we see potential for employment in the future, we may ask for your permission to retain your information longer. If you do not consent, we will delete your information accordingly.

Your job application is processed in our Google Business G Suite drive and tools. Data is stored and processed within the EU.
