So if your child sleeps with a junior duvet measuring 100x140 cm (typically up to the age of 5-6), we suggest the 3 kg weighted duvet. If your child uses an adult-sized duvet of 140x200 cm (typically from the age of 5-6 and older), we recommend our 5 kg 140x200 cm adult duvet:

The children's weighted blanket can be washed using a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30 degrees Celsius. It should not be machine dried, ironed, or dry cleaned, and it should be hung to dry immediately after washing.
