When it comes to the weight of the weighted blanket, the weighted blanket is most effective for improving your sleep when it weighs 8-12% of your body weight (see the table below).
Recommended weight:

---|---|
Under 60 kg | 5 kg |
60-80 kg | 7 kg |
80-100 kg | 9 kg |
100-120 kg | 11 kg |
120+ kg | 13 kg |
If your weight falls between two weight categories, we generally recommend that you choose the higher weight class.
